Originally built in the mid 1800s as a carriage house, barn and storage for a business man who owned grocery stores one street over. Situated just feet from what was once a river and since been filled to build today’s public transportation train track. Our clients purchased the building in a state of disrepair after over three decades of use as artist studios serving students from the Museum School and Mass College of Art.
